These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GS App mobile application and the GS Admin web platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Guard Solutions.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided to you by your employer as part of your employment with a security company using the Guard Solutions platform.
1.Description of Service
The GS App is a workforce management platform for the security industry. It enables:
- Shift scheduling and assignment management
- Patrol execution with checkpoint scanning (NFC, QR, GPS, Bluetooth)
- Event and alarm report filing during patrols
- Automatic shift report generation for audit and compliance
- Push notifications for shift updates and assignments
2.User Accounts
- Accounts are created by your employer's administrator. You do not self-register.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You must not share your account or allow others to use it. All actions performed under your account are attributed to you in audit trails.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify your administrator immediately.
3.Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for its intended professional purpose
- Provide accurate information in reports, event logs, and alarm reports
- Not attempt to tamper with, manipulate, or falsify patrol data, timestamps, or checkpoint scans
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
- Not use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person
- Comply with all applicable laws and your employer's policies
4.Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Shift reports generated by the Service contain your name, initials, timestamps, and patrol activity. These reports are shared with your employer and their clients as part of the security service. This is a fundamental aspect of the Service.
5.Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Guard Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose during your employment. This license terminates when your account is deactivated.
6.Availability & Updates
- We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.
- We may update the app from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using the Service.
7.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guard Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
- Loss of data due to device malfunction, network issues, or force majeure
- Actions taken by your employer based on data collected through the Service
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Danish law.
8.Termination
Your access to the Service may be terminated by your employer's administrator at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
10.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
